Christmas Extended Returns Policy 🎄
To make holiday shopping easier, we’re extending our returns policy for purchases made from November 1st through January 7th.
- Items returned within 14 days of purchase qualify for a full refund.
- For returns beyond the 14-day window (up to January 7th), a credit note or exchange will be offered.
Please remember: for items purchased on or after December 25, 2024, our standard returns policy applies. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) 14 days after receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour or a gift voucher if preferred (same day).
We are more than happy to provide measures on request to prevent the possibility of a return. If your item meets the guidelines set out previously & in the returns form below and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition strictly within 14 days of receipt.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can request to cancel your order by emailing info@affluentattire.co.uk just so you know, once you’ve placed your order, the order starts going through the system straight away, so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can’t always cancel an order. As with all returns, regardless of whether you ask to cancel the order, if the order is sent and you send it back to us for a refund, you will be refunded minus postage.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
For faulty items please do not send the items back to us until you have emailed info@affluentattire.co.uk stating your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for return. Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days from dispatch date. Please note all faulty items will be sent back to the manufacturer for a professional inspection, once the manufacturer has verified the fault a repair, exchange or refunds can be issued. Item(s) washed or scented will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
WHAT IF MY RETURN GETS LOST?
We are not liable for lost returns, however we will be happy to investigate and contact the relevant courier about a lost return and help any customer with retrieving the parcel & money back via the delivery company.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (NON UK)
International customers are unable to return goods due to import duties, if you received the wrong item or the goods are faulty then international returns must be invoiced as “RETURNED GOODS – OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent them being held at Customs. Any customs charges incurred are payable by the customer and not by Affluent Attire .
WILL I GET A RETURNS LABEL?
Unfortunately as a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of your return, you must pay for a tracked delivery royal mail service and send back to the address on the returns form (excluding non UK customers), if your item is faulty please contact info@affluentattire.co.uk.
WHAT AM I NOT ABLE TO RETURN?
Swim wear, socks, underwear & face masks is non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.

PLEASE NOTE RETURNS CAN ONLY BE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS. ANY RETURNS SENT VIA ANOTHER COURIER WILL NOT REACH THE PO BOX AND THE SENDER WILL BE LIABLE TO COVER THE COST OF ANY LOST PARCELS.
