We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Any orders which are undeliverable will be returned to us by the courier. Any costs involved in the return of any undeliverable orders may be charged to the customer.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost. If your parcel is shown as signed for, our liability for lost and stolen parcels ends there, if you have a dispute regarding receiving your delivery after it is shown as signed for you must personally take it up with Parcel force / DHL
